- Industry Members – Provide industry members with practical education for instance legislative updates, legal compliance, and HR related issues.
- Workforce Training – Continue to offer opportunities through ProStart®, ServSafe®, classroom training, internships and apprenticeships.
- Access to expertise – Facilitate access to knowledge, solutions and guide for members-only by promoting HM expertise, consultants, and our allied members.
- Workforce Development – Develop underserved populations through Foundation programs and training. Provide support and framework for internship concepts.

- Hospitality Summit – Maintain the quality and relevance of the premier annual networking and education event that celebrates hospitality, its people, and partnerships.
- EXPO – Plan the annual business-to-business trade show that educates and connects our valued allied members to Maine's lodging and restaurant decision makers.
